This is a special edition piece, painted on beautiful frosted gold paper as I wanted to try a different surface. The colours and gold leaf are extremely vibrant against the gold background, even more vivid in person than the photos capture. Blossom encapsulates those moments when we stop trying to control everything and just let life unfold something I’ve been working on; it’s not always easy. I can say, from experience, that the best things, or what you’ve been searching for, arrive when you stop trying to control how to get there. So just sit back, relax, and let life bloom in its own way.
