Earlier this year we introduced the Mod Beige wallpaper, which is chic, minimal and luxurious. The Mod Beige wallpaper also comes in a black and white version, if you are opting for a bolder look. It’s minimal pattern makes it super versatile amongst a variety of interior spaces from living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, cloffice, and a small powder room.
For this project the Mod Beige wallpaper was used to create a beautiful feature wall and open up a small space. The colour scheme for this bedroom was a softer palette, opting for beiges, greys, and accents of black, with a pop of colour within the velvet mustard double bed. It is a small bedroom space, that needed to include a dressing table and a small side table. Built in wardrobes were already a feature within this space.
We love the pop of colour within the feature bed, the mustard works beautifully offset against the beige in this wallpaper and brings warmth into the space. The bed frame is from Swoon, the dark grey cushions are from H&M and the silk pillows are from Lily Silk. The bedspread is from H&M and the throw is M&S home.
Styling with the perfect accessories adds personality and character to any room. From trinkets to your favourite jewellery pieces, get these out on display. Featured here is the Kiehl’s Original Musk which smells divine, a Dorma glass bowl from Dunelm to hold a facial gua sha and jade roller tool for sculpting. The cute flower dish is from Dunelm which holds some everyday jewels. The mixture of harsh and soft lines and accessories paired in odd numbers makes this dresser work well.
This mirror from Melody Maisons is the perfect shape to compliment the shapes in the wallpaper and the brushed gold finishing works really well. The peony and rose blush candle and make up pot are both from Sainsbury home.
On the left the dresser is the Ikea Malm dressing table with the Alex add on unit. It’s a simple sleek dresser that fits perfectly into this small space. The candle on the right is the Vansklig from Ikea long with a charming light from Dunelm. Overall this is just one way of styling the Mod Beige wallpaper and we love it.
