Do you ship worldwide?
On receipt of payment for an order, delivery of the relevant products will be made to you at the address stated by you in the order. Please allow 1 - 4 weeks from receipt of order for your wallpaper or fabric to arrive.
Worldwide orders are delivered using UPS, DHL, Parcelforce and Hermes. We offer a fully trackable delivery service so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery every step of the way. Please note we rely on third party delivery agents to deliver our products, please acknowledge there are various factors that affect delivery times that are out of our control. Acknowledge and accept that we are reliant on a third party printer in fulfilling wallpaper orders. In the event that an order is placed which cannot immediately be fulfilled as a result of reliance on third party printer, we will inform you as soon as possible. For extra large wallpaper orders a shipping charge may occur for which we will contact you direct.
Where are your products made?
Our wallpapers and fabrics are designed and manufactured within England, UK.
How do I return an item?
Returns will be accepted on items that have been delivered damaged or faulty. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are not satisfied with your purchase, to begin the refund process. Please see Terms and Conditions for further information on cancellations and returns.
How long does it take for orders to be processed?
Orders can take from 1-3 weeks dependent on the size of the order and how busy our printers are. Bespoke orders can take longer due to design time requirements.
Can you help us decide on picking patterns for our interiors?
Yes off course, we are more than happy to advise and help you devise a perfect pattern combination to suit your interior space. Please do contact us.
Can you design bespoke wallpapers and fabric?
Yes we often design bespoke wallpapers and fabrics working closely with Interior Designers, Architects and private clients.
We offer the standard 52cm and wide width wallpaper which is 180gsm non-woven matt FSC accredited and printed with solvent-based pigments. We also offer a Vinyl wallpaper which is robust. Bespoke design jobs for wallpaper are priced individually and we work closely with the client to make sure they are happy with the final design before print. Lead time is 1 - 4 weeks dependent on the size of the job and requirements. Our wallpaper is European fire rated suitable for hanging anywhere in commercial or domestic premises. B-S1, d0 Class 1. Hanging and preparation instructions are included.
We offer Marble and Luxe Velvet furnishing fabrics suitable for both domestic and contract interiors for which Crib 5 fabric is available. Contract fabrics are are charged at 20% more than our standard fee per metre. We have our standard fabric ranges available on our website, we are able to recolour and design bespoke furnishing fabrics to suit your interior project. Bespoke design jobs for fabric are priced individually and we work closely with the client to make sure they are happy with the final design before print. Lead time is 1 - 4 weeks dependent on the size of the job and requirements. Please contact us if you wish to discuss a bespoke wallpaper/fabric project.
Is our wallpaper European fire rated?
Yes our wallpaper is European fire rated suitable for hanging anywhere in commercial or domestic premises. B-S1, d0 Class 1. Hanging and preparation instructions are included. Our wallpaper is 180gsm non-woven matt/gloss from a FSC accredited source, printed with solvent-based pigments. Colours will vary slightly from on-screen to actual print.
Do you offer fabric for contract interiors?
Yes, fabrics are suitable for domestic and contract interiors for which Crib 5 fabric is available, please get in touch.
Do you work in collaboration with other companies to design prints for products?
Yes we have worked with many companies worldwide from fashion, gift wrap, home accessories, interior furnishings, crockery, graphics and many more to design patterns for their products. Please get in touch to discuss your project further.
Can the colours and pattern-ways of the existing wallpaper and fabric collections be changed?
Yes we can alter any of our wallpapers or fabrics on our website to match any specific colour schemes or pattern-ways you have in mind. It may be that you like a certain part of the 'Mosaic' wallpaper design and wish to change the colours to black and white. We work closely with the clients sharing files back and forth until you are happy with the final design before print. Fees are calculated individually for each project which we will discuss with you.
How do I hang the wallpaper?
Paste the wall for hanging and use a good quality paste and an experienced decorator. The non- repeating wallpapers can be applied landscape or portrait, the choice is yours!
Is the wallpaper spongeable?
Yes using a damp cloth or sponge you can gently wipe of any marks.
How do I care for my velvet fabrics?
Spot clean with a damp cloth only, do not iron.
